    Hi, Julia. Thanks for this article. I think you are right - you need to evaluate each situation on its own merits and determine if a $9.99 starting price is warranted based on fees vs profit, etc. eBay is so gray - there really aren't any hard and fast rules. eBay selling takes research and time to keep the sales coming.
